What Is The Trenchless Sewer Repair Process

After an initial diagnosis of an underground sewer system through a sewer camera inspection, a custom plan is created to fit your repair needs using trenchless pipe repair (sewer pipe lining) to minimize digging, necessary damage, and added expense.

Through various methods, the roots are cut from a root invasion in the sewer line and the sewer line is cleared up of any build up.

Drain lines are then made up onsite to the appropriate length and diameter needed for the pipe to be relined.  We then saturate a felt sleeve with a two-part liquid epoxy resin solution that will have the same characteristics and qualities as a new PVC pipe line once cured.

Then an inflated bladder that runs through the length of the liner holds the epoxy soaked sleeve to the inner walls of the pipe while it coats and fills any leaks, creating a structural bond to the host pipe.

The drain liner is then cured and the inflatable bladder is removed, leaving a solid structural barrier between the wastewater and the soil beneath the residence or business..

Our trenchless sewer repair system can be used for repair on cast-iron drain lines, PVC, clay or any other type of drainage pipe.
